-
Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic and relaxing as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. The strength of massage can be adapted to your preference.
-
Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. This massage is beneficial for those who engage in regular physical activity, experience a lot of muscle tension, and prefer a stronger more focused massage.
-
Ayurvedic massage is a holistic oil massage focused on balancing the body physically, emotionally and spiritually. Using essential oils, this massage focuses on healing, reducing emotional stresses whilst working on the physical tensions within the body to achieve a sense of equilibrium.
-
Lomi Lomi massage comes from Hawaii and is focused on stimulating energy flow through the body, releasing both physical and energic tensions and blockages.
Lomi Lomi massage uses long, continuous, rhythmic movements to transition seamlessly throughout the body with flowing, relaxing motions, as well as incorporating breathing techniques. This is a unique massage experience, extremely beneficial for anxiety relief and feeling more balanced.

FAQs
-
You will be asked to undress for your massage, keeping underpants on. When you lie on the massage bed, you will be covered with a sheet or towel, with only the area being massaged uncovered. Your therapist will leave the room to give you time to undress and redress after the massage so you have privacy
-
If you're not sure what type of massage is best for you, your therapist will always ask you questions to get a better understanding of the best massage style for you. As an example, Swedish massage is more relaxing, long strokes, whereas deep tissue massage will be a stronger more focused massage working on areas of tension. Your therapist can adapt and combine techniques to suit, so do not worry if you are new to massage, they will communicate with you to ensure you are comfortable throughout
-
Everyone has a different tolerance of strength of massage, some people like to feel very strong pressure, and others want something more relaxing. Your therapist will adapt to your needs. If at any time you feel pain or discomfort, please let your therapist know and they will change the pressure of the massage for you. It's important to work to your comfort level so that your muscles will relax and recover and you get the best massage for your needs
