  • Yes, we take a 25% deposit to hold your spot, which you can amend or cancel up to 24 hours prior to your booking, but is non-refundable after that. Balance is due on arrival.

  • Only from 0900-1200, Monday to Friday.

    On your first day, please ensure you arrive between 9 and 12 so we can give you your keys and show you around.

  • You can book to arrive same day, however please note that new arrivals must check in between 0900-1200 each day.

  • Bookings can be amended or cancelled free of charge until 24 hours prior to the booking starting. If you need to amend or cancel within 24 hours of the start time, unfortunately no refunds are given.
